Protecting your personal and credit card information is a priority for CMaggioStudio.
We do not share our customer list with anyone nor do we ever sell your information.
CMaggioStudio has partnered with the highly accredited and trusted, PCIDDS compliance certified, Authorize.Net payment gateway.
Authorize.Net will securely process and safeguard your sensitive personal and credit card data. For additional information regarding the privacy of your sensitive cardholder data, please read the complete Authorize.Net Privacy Policy. 1: When you place your order, you will receive an email invoice from HERSpiritWearLLC / CMaggioStudio providing you with a safe and convenient way to pay for your items. 2: Review your purchase details. 3:Click the blue View and Pay button to advance to payment screen. SHIPPING POLICY

STANDARD SHIPPING of your Handcrafted Traditional Illustrations: 1: You place your order! 2: Within 3-5 days we have your prints safely packaged and delivered to our shipping partners. [Items purchased from CMaggioStudio will be shipped via UPS Standard or USPS Priority] 3: Then they require 24 business hours (3 working days) to process and ship out your order. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or observed Holidays. 4: Based on Shipping Date and your Zip Code allow 4-7 more days (transit days) for your package to arrive at the address you've indicated. In all, you can expect your prints to arrive safely in 12 to 15 days. Keep in mind that any shipping company can be subject to outside situations that could delay an order. Don't worry you will have a Shipment Confirmation (with a TracIdng Code included) emailed to you when your items have shipped! You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email as well. If the assessed value of the package is over $1,000. a signature WILL be required at your end! UPS delivers Monday - Friday from 9am to 7pm (sometimes even later). With Standard Shipping a specific drop off time cannot be scheduled (but you will have that Tracking Code so you'll know when to start getting excited!) 'Shipping and delivery of Commissioned Illustrations (originals, or prints) are subject to the terms of the contract for said items, and are not directly subject to the above policy.
The World turns and weather happens, and if there are delays we will do our best to keep you informed, plus our carriers will send an Exception Notice with details and updates.
Currently, CMaggioStudio offers only Domestic Delivery Service. Additional shipping costs will apply on orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, but people there are probably used to that... UPS Premium Shipping Services, offering expedited delivery, are available upon request. Please contact us to discuss cost and delivery details.
Your beautiful prints will be safely placed in an acid-free sleeve and securely packaged in a sturdy large-diameter mailing tube, or a secure flat mailer. In order to maintain the integrity of die prints we will use our discretion in determining the maximum number of prints that can safely reside in a shipping container. In order to determine the most cost effective method of shipping for you, shipping costs will be calculated at the time your order is placed. Please confirm that we have your correct SHIPPING and BILLING information in order to optimize the delivery of your items!

IF YOU NEED TO REQUEST A REFUND:

1: Email CMaggioStudio®gmail.com within 14 days from the date you receive your item. 2: Within 2 days of your request, we will email you a Return Authorization number as well as return shipping instructions. An RA is required to process your return.
Purchaser will be responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning items.
CMaggio Studio does not accept returns after 14 days from the date you received your items. No Exceptions
Commissioned Artwork and Designs are Non-Refundable. 3: Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 4: Item must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase included.
5: If your return item meets this criteria and is approved, we will process your refund back to your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. 6: We will initiate your refund the same day that we receive and approve your item for return. 7: You will be notified immediately of your refund status.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING It could take 10 to 14 days after we initiate your return for your credit card company to process your refund. Please note that processing times will vary depending on your financial institution.
If the package you return to us gets damaged in route we ask that you please contact your shipping company to process a proper insurance claim.

To help ensure the extended brilliance and integrity of your new artworks, please display them indoors only, away from harsh heat or direct sunlight, and avoid moist areas. Being delicate prints on paper, they are not intended for outdoor displays, or damp unpredictable environments. We are not responsible for the handling or display of these images once they have been received. Any damages occurring during storage, framing, display, or other handling, is not covered under our liability.

RETURN POLICY

CMaggioStudio is committed to offering unique quality products with the hope that you will enjoy them for years to come. We want you to love what you purchased!
But in case you don't, simply return your item! We will refund the full cost of the item minus the original shipping cost. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Each Print Order is a Custom Order.

We cannot guarantee exact pantones in our Prints as there will be slight variations depending on the device you are viewing.

DAMAGE POLICY

We take every precaution to make sure that your items are properly packaged for safe shipping.
1: In the unfortunate event that your package is damaged during shipping, please DO NOT return your package to CMaggioStudio. 2: We DO NOT refund shipping costs if you ship a damaged package back to us.
YOUR PACKAGE IS INSURED, SO DON'T WORRY!
3: Please DO NOT alter the damaged package in any way. 4: DO contact us within 24 hours. Upon your notification, we will initiate a claim on your behalf with our shipping partners to expedite the replacement of your lost or damaged package. 5: We will provide you with the details needed to replace your items as quickly as possible.
